Exercise For Mental Health Response

This article was very well put together because all of us at some point have noticed the difference to when we have work out compared to when we haven't. I agree that when we are feeling sick or just feeling out of sort and we end up doing something active we feel better or even makes us feel relived.

This author really had some good experiences before she wrote this so that it makes the reader really think about how exercise can help when people have some sort of sickness. I really liked the part where they have done research and have found that exercise is better for us to do rather than taking medication. I truly feel like that is a good point to bring up because our bodies need to be active in order to function and medication for these types of sicknesses is not the right route.

The way see explored both ways like how it can help our bodies and our minds is what I really liked because some sicknesses can effect both mind and body but by exercises really does clear the mind and gives us self confidence that why some many people love to work out because it makes them feel good.

I have seen the way exercise has helped people in my family when they were having problems like depression or anxiety and I agree that exercise has a better impact on us and that it truly can be the relief we need if we are struggling.
